In the midst of a year filled with chaos and tragedy, I discovered the motivation to start my own business. Little did I know, that my venture would flourish beyond my wildest dreams. I aimed to bring joy to people's lives during times of sadness and uncertainty, and KandidKaveena, LLC was born in my dining room.

Thanks to the need for websites, business social media pages, and online platforms, I was able to break into the industry and help people adjust to the new normal of technological advancements. From Zoom conferences to graphic design to streaming platforms, I did it all.

As time went on, I desired growth for KandidKaveena. That's when I reached out to a long-time friend and college roommate to join my team. Now, KandidKaveena is a shared partnership.

Don't let anyone discourage you from pursuing your dreams. Despite my doubts and obstacles, with God on my side, I can never lose.

Kaveena A.S Miller

Vee is our Founder and Co-CEO of KandidKaveena, LLC. In the midst of chaos in 2020, Vee found inspiration. She wanted people to experience happiness in the hidden places of sadness and uncertainty. Her creative eye and master experience of social media content, web designing, and video editing allow her clients to experience that happiness! Vee also is a professor at Kean University while pursuing her Ph.D. in Language Education.

Nikkie is a Co-Owner of KandidKaveena. She graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University-Florham with a bachelors degree in Entrepreneurship. Even with battling Sickle Cell Anemia daily, she still manages to make achieving her goals a reality. She is a board member for a non-profit organization called Project Run For. Her goal in life is to help make other businesses successful as well as run many of her own businesses. She has many different passions and talents and each day she takes a step closer to making them a reality.

Sheila Bullock

chief operation officer

Sheila G. Bullock has many overarching talents. Working with young people and seniors is one of her passions. She has dedicated her life to helping people since her teen years. Now a wife, mother of 3 and grandmother of 10, she enjoys spoiling all of them, including her own children. She is well respected by her peers and works first-hand with all types of businesses. Although she leads a very busy life, she finds time to create beautiful crochet items. In 2015, Ms. Bullock authored her first book entitled “I See You, and I Know!”

Interns

Kaitlyn B.

Kaitlyn is an intern and program leader for the KandidKaveena team. Kaitlyn was a part of our 2021 Summer Business Internship program which allowed her to become a full-time intern with us. Kaitlyn does a number of administrative work which helps KandidKaveena to function and run smoothly. Kaitlyn is currently in high school working to pursue a career in the medical field. She also participates in many different sports and clubs in school.

Simar N.

Simar is currently a student in high school who will be graduating in the year 2024. Her interests revolve around the humanities, with more of an interest in psychology, fine art, writing, and literature. She has been an art student for nine years and has developed a genuine love for the field, she loves writing and composing essays or poetry often to relax, and she enjoys reading and analyzing books. Psychology is her main interest, and she is currently studying and working towards becoming a psychiatrist in the future. She also loves music, nature, and hiking. As a loving person, she wishes to do nothing more than help as many people as she can. Not only by giving them advice, but also by offering constant motivation and reassurance and by being someone with whom everyone can find a friend in.

Amrutha K.

Amrutha is a senior in high school and enjoys exploring new things during her free time. Amrutha has been playing the guitar for 8 years and enjoys it thoroughly. Amrutha is an energetic girl who loves spending time with her friends and family and making new memories. She also is a hard worker who loves giving a 100% on any task given.
